Looks like a hilarious movie to me, great cast, silly plot. I was disheartened to see comments like "Sorry but this looks like butt." but once I realized who it came from I also realized it was a compliment! |

@RobSwindol It's actually seemingly mediocre people, using seemingly mediocre dialog, doing pretty ridiculous things. That's usually how a Wes Anderson movie is set up. Like Auburnjunky said, it doesn't need to be so fake and explosively action packed to be epic, or interesting, or good. In fact, most movies that are "epic" in your words are probably reeeaaaally bad, like Boondock Saints 2 or the Expendables. I bet you're also a Vin Diesel fan. |

Auburnjunky, you've obviously used the word "epic" to the point that it has little meaning. So I'll take your comment to mean that it looks rather mediocre. And to that, I agree. Like all of Wes Anderson's movies, there is no spark. Only mediocre people, using mediocre dialog, doing mediocre things.
His movies are only interesting to people who have less excitement in their lives than a garden slug. |

Bill Murray and Jason Schwartzman were an epic match is Rushmore. Even if it looks like they might not have much dialogue together in this one, I'm sold. |
