Saturday, January 14, 2012 2:57:18 AM where was the MSM's "self-righteous indignation" when the bodies of US soldiers were desicrated in the past? Where did you hear that US bodies were desecrated? The mainstream media. Did they report it as "good on those freedom fighters"? I highly doubt it. |

Friday, January 13, 2012 12:40:25 PM Allen West A former soldier now politician, has something to say about this: IT"S WAR! STFU! Also: where was the MSM's "self-righteous indignation" when the bodies of US soldiers were desicrated in the past? No that's not "they did it first" it is calling the MSM a bunch of anti-soldier sissies. |

Friday, January 13, 2012 9:46:20 AM Oh and when did the Taliban sign the Geneva Convention? They haven't, obviously, because they're not a nation. Whether they have signed it or not is irrelevant. The rules of the Geneva Convention apply to your soldiers whether the enemy follow them or not. Just like all laws. "They started it" is not a valid excuse. |

Friday, January 13, 2012 6:57:11 AM Notice the airspace in them gee why would that be??
Also the ones without airspace according to the site I found this on are rare early AK rounds. If thing were to ever get real ugly(god I hope not) watch how much the Geneva Convention is followed. |

Friday, January 13, 2012 5:41:53 AM when have the rules of war been be nice and play fair? First Geneva Convention, 1906 version: Chapter 1, Article 3: After every engagement the belligerent who remains in possession of the field of battle shall take measures to search for the wounded and to protect the wounded and dead from robbery and ill treatment. The Convention was updated in 1949, and the relevant passage can now found in Chapter 2, Article 15: At all times, and particularly after an engagement, Parties to the conflict shall, without delay, take all possible measures to search for and collect the wounded and sick, to protect them against pillage and ill-treatment, to ensure their adequate care, and to search for the dead and prevent their being despoiled. America has been party to the Geneva Convention since 1955. |

Friday, January 13, 2012 5:28:48 AM The hippies seem to like to over look the much worse things they've done don't they? If the standard of behaviour you expect from your armed forces is no greater than the standard of behaviour you expect from the Taliban, you must have very little respect for your servicemen/women and what they are supposed to represent. I don't expect the British Army to desecrate the bodies of dead enemies just because the people they're fighting do the same. I expect them to be better than that. |

Friday, January 13, 2012 4:42:01 AM This guy sums up my opinions pretty well Linky If people keep doing these stupid things, problems escalate and escalate. THey're not helping. Besides, don't these Marines have a code to be civilized and honorable. Even if no one is watching. |

Thursday, January 12, 2012 2:15:18 PM Look, I have no interest in serving like these brave men do, so if they want to piss on a couple of ass holes that were probably trying to kill them in the first place, then so be it. At the end of the day these soldiers need to stop videotaping all the stuff they do so it doesnt come around and bite them on the ass later. |

Thursday, January 12, 2012 12:42:20 PM I love how people are using the “they did worse things than this” excuse. It’s a BS argument, this isn’t a comparison between their standards and ours, we KNOW their standards are lower. Keeping our ethical and moral principles is what makes us the good guys. |

Thursday, January 12, 2012 12:29:21 PM @patchgrabber you said: Stay classy, America. and then after called out about looking for reasons to bash the US said: I'm not "US bashing", So what is it? The actions of a few speak for the the USA as a whole? It's being investigated what more can be done? |

Thursday, January 12, 2012 11:21:16 AM Pretty confident I'd piss on someone who tried to kill me too. There obvious mistake was videoing it. How can you be so stupid to think this would have no repercussions? |
