Lions, at least ones in cages, are pretty irritable. The lion at the zoo near me charged at me and even growled like it wanted to eat me. These are massive creatures. |

I love to visit zoos but I get so worked up when people are so disrespectful to the animals, especially the apex predators. If something would destroy you outside of the cage treat it with a little respect. |

I don't see what the big deal is, she doesn't take it on. She jumps like anyone else does when it paws at the glass. |

Don't blame the kid, the lion is obviously unhappy... The zoo should be able to provide a healthy life for its animals, otherwise it shouldn't have them at all. |

Something similar happened to my son when he was a year. It was only a female, but she was going crazy at the glass trying to get him. He and my husband just laughed the whole time while I was freaking out about the glass breaking.
Unfortunately I only got a picture, not a video |

@Clayboy That would class as pestering, but in the video the girl is just looking at the thing. She aint banging on the Glass. So whats inhumane about it? we know there are going to be zoo's nothing we can do about that.. |

Saw a similar situation happen at my local zoo. Only thing was the kid where I was was really pestering the lion with a stuffed tiger toy. Oddly, the parents thought it was cute. I took a picture of it staring her down before going at the glass
