OP: (hiya @a1butcher!) I don't think he was looking for money after. Although that would be pretty common in India! The "fakirs" do weird stuff, like street musicians do in other places, in hopes of cash donations. It's a time-honored tradition there.
Anyhow, I think he's 100% certified insane, as opposed to a street performance sort of deal. |
