Long time viewer, first time poster. I created my profile just to say/ask a few things.
Anyone notice and/or have any idea who the guy with the cane was who appears at the twenty second mark? Who is the shadowy figure at second thirty-nine? My suspicion for at least the guy with the cane is Ra's al Ghul. Anyone that knows the story of Bane knows that he works for the League of Shadows. Though Nolan is basing his films in reality, with this being his last Batman film and the want to make a Justice League movie, I think that they will bring back Ra's and introduce the Lazarus pit/the fact that these films are taking place in a world where people do in fact have super powers.
For those doubting the casting of Bane/Tom Hardy and Catwoman/Selina Kyle/Anne Hathaway, I only prompt you to remember how many people questioned the casting of Heath Ledger as the Joker. Nolan seems to know what he is doing, and even if he is wrong, wait until you see the film to say that. |
