Cajun: I'm not equating Gingrich to Ronald Reagan, I'm saying he's for less government than either Obama or Romney, which isn't hard to do.
Gingrich would wipe the walls with Obama in a debate, Gingrich is more experienced and a far wiser politician than Obama.
My first choice isn't even running, this time around, so I don't have a horse to bet on (figuratively), nor have I made a decision on who to vote for in the primaries, but I have excluded a few. |

Wow, so many people seem to "know" Beck. I'm guess 1% of people that comment on him actually listen to him. Oh wait does a 20 sec clip count? Whether you like him or hate him the reason he stirs up so many people is because he has no agenda other then getting out the truth. Party zombies don't seem to care about truth, just agendas. |

@viperjason: I agree with you in theory, but there's a good chance that sometime in the next term there will be a new appointee to the SCOTUS, and after seeing what the right-wing jusstices did with Citizens United and a few other decisions, we can't afford as a nation, another conservative judge. For that reason alone,unfortunately, we have to re-elect Obama. Can't take the chance we did when Nader ran. |

You've obviously taken the quote out of context. Newt Gingrich backed Bush Jr.'s MedicAid prescription drug and NCLB. So the Tea Party should be denouncing Gingrich as well. |

Viper is that an implicit nod toward Paul? Because if it's not it sure sounds like it is. And If there's one honest sincerely nice thing I can say about the Rep. electorate it's this: At least they have the good sense to completely ignore him.

If your two choices are between Baal and Beelzebub, and you hate one but love the other....then it has to be about something superficial (like race).
Both are evil and the point is that both need to be hated.
Since the last presidential race was about the lesser of two evils, and we got screwed horribly....maybe everyone should try something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Ignore the republicans and the democrats and vote for some other party. Vote for someone you really really believe in and stop with the lesser of two evil BS that keeps destroying the nation.
Don't think "We'll they really don't have a chance to win." because by doing that, you really have thrown away your vote. If you vote for the default lesser evil because of his "better chance of winning", you really didn't make an informed decision and would have been better not voting at all.
Go make a real decision. Baal and Beelzebub are not your only choices. Democrat |
