Knew a guy that got one of these. Spent a buttload of money on it and after 6 months could do little more than hover 6 feet up and drift left and right a touch. Any higher and he'd lose it and have a rough but not catastrophic landing. One night, after imbibing a fair amount of booze he decide that going off the roof 6 ft up and slowly drifting over the side would be the same thing as on the ground except it'd finally be higher than 6 ft. Well it worked and he hovered up and out and for a few minutes it was 4 stories up. Then he decided to go a little higher... the landing from 50 feet was a tad rougher and that became the final flight. |

I know its cool, but I reckon I'd crash it within 15 seconds of takeoff and probably kill someone in the process or atleast horribly mame them. |
