Tuesday, December 06, 2011 11:57:21 AM i'm guessing it's short for Terrible Pixels. either way, even if it had that many pixels i'm not shooting with a bright blue camera with what looks kind of like a penguin on the front. i would say that a size that large would be around what 400 megs a piece? more? |

Sunday, December 04, 2011 5:37:52 AM @CrakrJak No, not a camera in that price range. Im just puzzled why you would want to take pictures in that quality, not people, you. |

Sunday, December 04, 2011 12:05:13 AM @Draculya Rest easy, for they may have broken youtube, but modders out there are working on solutions at this very moment. In retrospect, ABP is the greatest bit of code known to man. ... but there are other tools as well. |

Saturday, December 03, 2011 7:51:08 PM About youtube: I never used the subscription or channel stuff, so the front page has always been pretty useless for me. And to be fair to them, they tried to make it more "sticky", and I just spent nearly an hour on there after only going on to remind myself what it looked like now. |

Saturday, December 03, 2011 6:53:49 PM Gerry, right. YouTube sucks. The layout is crowded and has lost all simplicity, trying to get you to buy stuff you don't want and share all your activities with your followers and social media. Essentially, it's becoming like IAB, but in white. The main difference is I can use the AdBlock add-in for Firefox to strip IAB back to uncrowded simplicity. |

Saturday, December 03, 2011 3:45:58 PM Essersmith: You've never held a Hasselblad camera in your hands have you ? They are the Rolls Royce of cameras, second to none. Take a picture with that particular model and you could theoretically make a print the size of a 4 story building and not loose detail. |

YouTube sucks now. And just because it's free doesn't mean we can't complain about it. YouTube exists to make money. They do that by appealing to US, the viewers. If it doesn't work for us VIMEO will get more customers. MySpace thought they were a permanent thing once too. |

Saturday, December 03, 2011 10:09:48 AM jadoig: Depending on the depth of colour (bits per pixel = bbp) your image will probably have around 16-24 bbp (Although I don't know what modern cameras use). That makes 2-3 bytes per pixel -> around 10-15 Terabyte per image. According to amazon.com a 2 TB external harddrive costs around 120$. So you would be spending 600-900$ per image. |

Saturday, December 03, 2011 9:48:05 AM re:youtube Meh. it's a website. It changes. Kind of like when facebook changes. I AM OUTRAGED THAT THE LUXURY FREE SERVICE I USE DECIDED TO CHANGE IT'S APPEARANCE. Camera: I would love a 5 terabyte camera. i wonder how much space the picture would take up on my HD? |

Saturday, December 03, 2011 9:16:01 AM @CrakrJak At the risk of trolling. Why on earth would you want or drool over a 200 mega pixel camera?

Saturday, December 03, 2011 9:09:36 AM @patchouly, Well, either the information I found was unreliable, or it really is a toy camera, I do not know. |

Dumb. So I'll just hijack this thread. How many of you hate the look of YouTube? It sucks, right? I totally hate it. |

Saturday, December 03, 2011 9:00:59 AM @ Tubbey12370 I think it's fake. The lens is faceted, the flash is a piece of plastic, set in a hole and the viewfinder and sensor are empty. Looking at other images of this camera, it is clearly a pretend camera. The "terapixle" thing is just a funny thing printed on the front, to make it clear that it's not a real camera. |

Saturday, December 03, 2011 8:57:04 AM @MrPeabody LOL! I suppose my double negative slip up, does result in a real camera. |

Saturday, December 03, 2011 8:49:03 AM Speaking of pixels, the best one I've heard of, for sale, was a Hasselblad that takes, drool inducing, 200 megapixel shots. Link |

Saturday, December 03, 2011 8:44:01 AM "I can only assume this is a pretend, toy camera." If it's a pretend toy camera does that not make it a real camera? |

Saturday, December 03, 2011 8:38:42 AM @patchouly, its a real camera, but its not 5.5 Terapixels, (obviously)some research found its equivalent to a disposable camera. Gotta love the Chinese advertising companies. |

Saturday, December 03, 2011 8:28:50 AM Considering the plastic, faceted jewel that is posing as a lens, I can only assume this is a pretend, toy camera. |
