Tuesday, December 06, 2011 11:51:36 AM it makes sense. they see in black and white. so white stripes contrast better than the street. either that or they don't want to lose their license. |

Monday, December 05, 2011 12:30:59 PM Well, Romania must smell nice... I mean between the feral dog population pooting everywhere and the Gypsies. |

Sunday, December 04, 2011 5:47:07 AM The dogs look in good shape, and seem quite tame and well-mannered, not what I expected of a feral dog population. Have heard stories of feral dogs being a danger to people, but this doesnt seem the case. Btw, I am a dog owner, dogs rock !!! |

Saturday, December 03, 2011 10:53:19 PM the gov't just passed a law that makes it legal for them to be mass killed... but the truth is that there are far too many of them on the streets... there was a big fuss about it locally, whether it was moral or not and some will say it still is. i adopted one and it was one of my best choices ever :) |

Saturday, December 03, 2011 4:01:11 PM Spent a couple weeks in Constanta once, it didn't seem like quite this many but there were still a lot. Most had ear tags; we figured they'd been rounded up and neutered. I remember an older woman stopping to feed bits of her pastry to a bedraggled stray golden retriever who sat down politely and gently took the scraps, one at a time, like someone's well mannered house pet. Maybe it was in another life. |

Saturday, December 03, 2011 11:51:18 AM Someone needs to round them all up and take them off to a farm in the country. If you know what I mean. I'm like the pmarren of street dogs. F*cking gross and scary. |

Saturday, December 03, 2011 9:31:57 AM A long time ago, if a dog crossed in the middle of the street, all the other dogs would get hosed with cold water. Soon, anytime a dog would start to cross in the middle, the other dogs would attack it. Only dogs that crossed at the crosswalk would be left alone. As new dogs came and went, they also would learn to attack any dog that crossed in the middle. Now all dogs use the crosswalk. |

Saturday, December 03, 2011 8:24:33 AM Wah. That is cool :3 I love dogs. I wonder if anyone considers them a problem, or if they're just a part of the place... |
