how distracting is that! it's bad enough when they light the bottom, but to have seizure inducing graphics on the side of the car? do i have to have it greet me? must everything be hooked to the web? does it follow me where i go, does toyota know where i am all the time.
sorry, a car should be a thing that gets you from A to B and nothing more. it shouldn't light, greet, or be distracting in any way. if they want to focus on something let it be a car that drives itself. |

What a pain in the ass it would be to keep clean enough to use. Frankly it looks like random people passing by would have more fun with it than the actual owner.

By then the car will be reporting everything it does anyway, most likely including GPS notification of its route.
OBD3 is already coming, and its bad enough. Shudder to think what OBD4 will have. |

wont happen... its illegal to change colour without notifying authorities... forget about doing it every second... hit and runs / robberies etc will happen every other minute... |

@Buiadh- Concept cars are not meant for production, thery merely showcase new developements in technology and design.
I think the interenet diagnostics linked to a dealership would be a moneymaker.I could even see-given time- insurance companies lobbying for it; Any excuse to raise the administrative costs and passing it on to consumers. |
