why would cops spray it in their own car? that's like putting a skunk in your house. it just doesn't make sense. |

The cops were way wrong to do that.
But let's be honest, it was kinda great to see a couple of snot nosed, irresponsable,
imature spoiled brats get a slap of reality upside their head!

On a side note:
I used to live in S.W. Florida, and Marco Island is like the Hamptons. These boys probably had very rich parents, therefore great lawyers, hence, they got paid. |

very unjustified... but just a note on being pepper sprayed. If you can yell "I can't breathe" you are breathing. Try to yell those words without breathing out air, and then of course breathing in more air to yell it again. |

I accidentally pepper sprayed my boss once. It was pointed sideways and I didn't know it had such a hair trigger and she came walking around the corner into it. So technically she walked into it and pepper sprayed herself.
I was of course apologetic while inwardly screaming "AWESOME!!!!!!" |

People tend to freak out just like animals do when they are cornered into a small confined area when threatened, and on top of that having your hands tied behind your back, knowing that your going to jail, having an authority figure abuse you and being pepper sprayed, a freak out is all most guaranteed . |

Basically the tough guy is the only one that sued. He wanted $200k. It went to arbitration, couldn't get resolved, and then he started whining again and settled for $50k. |
