@Deathxrta, no joke I was thinking the same thing as I started to hear the ice/icicle creak and moan. They must have a foley person on staff at all times to make the sounds. |

Aaaaaaand Kitteh steals another of my posts. Only one kitty allowed on IAB, evidently.
Kitty found it first, and it was also submitted by at least 10 other IABers. We get no benefit from "stealing" users posts. In fact, users are more likely to stick around if they have content attributed to them, which makes money for the site. Why wouldn't we do that if it was the case? |

Replace some of the salt with sugar or honey. Does the same thing as salt as far as transferring liquid into the meat. Throw some bay leaves and peppercorns in while you're there. |

I brine chicken all the time. There is no extra salt. Let it soak in the brine then, after it's soaked, you rinse it off really well. 99% of the salt comes off and you are left with incredibly moist and tender meat. |
