martha stewart, the later years.
turkey has flavor, even plain turkey has flavor. it tastes like chicken. no really it tastes like turkey. that other person must be tasting it wrong or something. |

My aunt somehow never fails with turkey. She puts them (we have two, it's a big family) on the giant grill in disposable tin pans. She actually does cut the legs off after they take them off and put them back in, because who wants raw turkey? Seriously, I don't think I've ever had juicier turkey than at her house. |

Sensible advice, but if you ensure your turkey is ethically raised, free range and organic it may actually taste rather nice. She missed out bread sauce. |
