How come nobody is pointing out how WEAK the singer's opening of "Shot through the heart" was? He needed to really BELT OUT those first 2 lines!!! This has probably come up before with them, the guitarist has heard him do it, KNOWS he can do it, but he always falters. Front man never gets his head in the right space, just goes through the motions, lets everybody down. Guitar-man has been putting his heart into this thing, but he's the only one. Finally he can't take anymore, just says f-this and quits. Now everybody blames him, but he tried and TRIED to get that goddamn a-hole singer to get his act together. |

I've been in bands and it is easy to join up with people who freak out like that. Stupid Egos times three or four equals trouble. Besides ineptitude i'd say the biggest danger for any band member is the inability to take bullschit, because there will be bullschit, more than anything else. In a music career it is about seventy percent bullschit, twenty percent bitches who aren't worth it, and ten percent sound failure. Music happens sometimes, but to those "other girls". I loved how the singer just stared... then tried to sing when it was obvious they tanked... classic. Kind of like bailing a sinking boat that's totally phucked. |

I don't know what I'm missing? What douche baggy thing did the singer do to his band mates and/or the guitarist, specifically? I can't make out what he says right before launching into the song, so maybe that's it? I'm not contradicting you guys, just can't tell what the singer did? |

The singer is a douche. You don't treat your band mates like they are insignificant like that, unless you want to go find another. Even then, still not on the stage in front of a crowd. |
