This is stupid, one of my parents works for that school district and the kid is in there for behavioral disabilities, which means hes a delinquent. My parent's boss saw the whole video and the kid was really pressing the teacher's buttons. I'm not saying this makes the teacher's actions excusable, I'm just saying this kid isn't completely innocent, contrary to how he was presented in the video.

without knowing what the student did or was like, or how the rest was, or if the teacher was having a mental breakdown. my first thought is.. How is a person like that entrusted with so many young unformed minds that will one day be part of society?
on the other hand.. i went for a student myself.. he did put a chissel on another students throat and a can of wd40 down another one's ear afterwich he threathend me, but i decided that this is the day i quit and i went for the s.o.b. but i shouldn't have done that. and this person shouldn't be doing that.
(i just remembered, that job is where i first met i am bored)

Teacher clearly needs to be let go... but he's right, the kid IS in "Special Needs".
