Most of this just looks to be bomb testing.
You guys should take a look at the grids they have painted out, one of which nearly matches the way the streets in down town New York are laid out.

No, the US and NATO no longer have have strategic bombers in the air 24/7, they aren't loaded/on call anymore either. The air national guard still occasionally sends up patrols, but even those planes aren't armed with defensive missiles most of the time.
The nuclear arsenal of the US is mostly dependent on submarines now. We do have anti-missile systems in place, but those are kept classified. |

There's one that is totally D.C.

They probably use some of them to test the surveillance frequency by changing them slightly. |

The only thing I know of that looks remotely like that are the giant mirror arrays that focus sunlight from hundreds of mirros onto a tower to produce steam which is then turned into electricity..... probably a death ray though "reaches for foil hat" |

Obviously a staging are where they could gather all of the Chinese people
in one place and have them simultaneously jump into the air and land thus
throwing the earth out of orbit.
