He could have just put the actual... music.. things.. whatever, the actual thing with the holes over the lettuce and punched through. I find this believable and kind of cute.
If people were inside poking holes in lettuce rather than outside murdering people, then society... uh.. I don't know where that was going. |

Probably. You'd probably need to stack several lettuce leaves ontop of each other for it to be rigid enough for the bar to make noise against it, but I can't see why it wouldn't be possible - in some respects at least.
Then there would also be the problem of timing, and knowing exactly where to place the holes in the lettuce leaves.
Even still, I give props to this guy for sticking lots of them together and punching holes in them just for a pointless video.
