That's actually not very impressive. I mean, the video itself looked higher quality than the knives that were being made. He was using stock material.

Now the hand forging done by Bob Kramer, on the other hand, is extremely impressive.

Simple stock removal. It really isn't that difficult to start doing, find a hunk of high-carbon steel (buy one or use an old leaf-spring) and grind away everything that isn't a knife. Takes some practice, but fun as hell.

Excellent! I wish I had seen something like this when I was a young man who wanted to make handmade knives. Instead, I make photocopies.

Hmm... I wonder if it's possible to make a blade out of graphine... Probably not since it's strength is rather directional. But man that would be one sweet ass nigh indestructible blade.
