Monday, November 07, 2011 3:00:14 PM "in lybia they are heros for changing an opressive government, in america we get shot at" They get shot at there too, with real bullets. By the hundreds and it is not pretty. Been there lately? |

Monday, November 07, 2011 2:58:06 PM "Criminal vagrants deserve to be shot, huh? Big crime. What happened to the right to peacefully assemble? @spluryburbl-Your an ex-Marine,Vet AND Anti-American?WTF?" This is what I expected when I made my post. That a moron would read it, but only take from it what they wish to take from it. Who exactly said they were being peaceful? Where is their agreement with the city to "peacefully assemble"? (There are rules to that you know) When did I say criminal vagrants "deserve to be shot"? What I did say was that they were likely being violent and criminal and he was in the line of indirect fire. How you got anything different is beyond me, but alas... expected. Furthermore; I am not an ex-Marine... I am a current Marine of 15+ years, a Veteran of 3 wars/conflicts (whatever) and I defend the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic. WTF do you do? |

Sunday, November 06, 2011 4:07:39 PM @robosnitz - Yep, because that sure looked peacful to me -.- Theres a mighty big list of things they were not supposed to be doing, most of them were hardly "peaceful" on a side note, a majority of all the OWS related videos on this site hardly resemble anything peacful in nature, most depect yelling, arguing, disorder of various kinds, fighting etc... Most videos like this are from whiners trying to create sympathy for the cause "look how they're treating us" "the police are reacting violently and we aren't doing anything wrong". Sorry, I call BS, You don't want to be gased? Shot at? maced? Here's a thought when a bunch of men dressed in riot gear and are also armed start to walk you're way...MOVE, you can be defiant all you want, but don't expect me to feel bad for you when you're plan back fires. |

Sunday, November 06, 2011 12:44:24 PM BWahaha!! As a Marine and a vet myself I can only laugh at the melodramatic BS in this vid. These people act like they are victims in a warzone. Nevermind its a fact that they created the warzone and they victimized themselves. LOL, "WHAT'S YOUR NAME!!" "HE WAS SHOT!!" Yeah, by a rubber bullet, that probably was indirect supression fire and his dumb head got in the way. Dummy, that's what happens when you become a criminal vagrant and start riots. |

Sunday, November 06, 2011 8:58:38 AM @skullgrin - Oh please do, and once ONE person fires a shot against the police I won't ever have to see another OWS video because they would all be shut down.

Sunday, November 06, 2011 7:01:10 AM @ Draculya If it were a real revolution, I'm pretty sure they would break out the army to put an end to it. |

Sunday, November 06, 2011 6:59:53 AM Lame, for starters, who started it, I'm betting it wasn't the cops. If they are shooting at you, GTFO of the way. He looked dazed, which is what one would suspect, but I doubt he even has a mild concussion. Now if he were out cold, than he'd may have one, but otherwise, not much different than a punch to the face. |

Sunday, November 06, 2011 6:53:13 AM I enjoy watching video of 'OWS'. I see it getting worse as the weeks go by and I question myself and peers, do you think it's going going to escalate any further. We all reply with, "No, they are going to just to gradually stop protesting and go home." If this keep going the way it is, I am expecting to see full blown gun wars by Christmas. What a treat. SMH |

Sunday, November 06, 2011 5:34:02 AM Good lord, could we please get some accounting of these situations that isn't slanted to the one side so far...Bias isn't good journalism, it's a show of stupidity...in both the reporter and those that tout it as gospel. |

Sunday, November 06, 2011 3:42:38 AM @Thetas Then why would you use it to control a crowd? What the hell would 'mildly irritating' people do to get a situation under control? Of course tear gas is bad. It would have to be for it to work, dumbass. |

Saturday, November 05, 2011 9:36:51 PM @M_Archer Tear gas isn't that bad. In a small room where it's been cooking for awhile and collecting, and recruits are made to inhale it for extended periods of time, it burns the skin and eyes and causes asphyxiation, but it's tolerable. Out in the streets in the open air from a fresh canister is not going to do much at all- Mild irritation perhaps, but nothing serious. |

Saturday, November 05, 2011 8:15:13 PM This guy was actually kicked out of the marines for drug use and other misconduct. It only takes a little bit of reading about him to find out that he wasn't exactly an american hero. |

Saturday, November 05, 2011 7:27:51 PM Being a Marine gives him no special privelages. If he is a Marine and acting a fool like many of the protesters in this video, than the title does not protect him. He deserves the repercussions of his actions like every other protester who takes things out of line. By out of line, I do mean those deficating on police cars, destroying private property, etc... Not just the people sitting there stating their case.
