I have no problem with same-sex relationships, but I do think that a "King" must be male. I have no problem awarding them the titles of Homecoming Queens, The Royal Homecoming Couple, or anything like that, but to be a "King" you have to be male.
Then again, People's "Man" of the year, has gone to women, and to non-human things as well. So, maybe I should just get over it. |
