probably cost close to $60,000 to create this. Also, music was added to video. Must of been Acid Pro. To get it to sync this good, the man must of invested months into this. |

They do the audio through FM, so I guess it depends on your local by-laws about lights. Pretty sure my town has none. We can however complain about noise at any time for any reason. Problem with being a tourist town. |
