Officer bologna was not in any danger, it was perceived that fellow officers were in danger (allegedly). he sprayed at other protesters (allegedly).
I take it you've never read a news report where a cop has had to cover his ass. prepare to read a lot more or get the fudge offa this site.

Seriously when are humans going to evolve? This mob mentality everyone has blows my mind. This cop either right or wrong made a choice. Wrong one may be but there is no permanent harm. Matter of fact in this country, is gonna make out like a bandit suing the crap out of the city and police department at everyone else expense. So he made one choice that is not that bad and he should be hanged? Lose his job, pension, every shred of good he did lost because of this one thing. His wife and kids should starve now? drating a people learn some mercy and forgiveness and stop blowing poo so out of proportion. |

A spokesman for the department said, "he was not aiming at the four women who appeared in videos to have sustained the brunt of the spray. Rather, he was trying to spray some men who he believed were pushing up against officers and causing a confrontation that put officers at risk of injury"
So no even Bologna believed the girls "deserved it". |

lillim The reason is that they were refusing to follow instructions and move. If this were a traffic stop, they would have been thrown to the ground and arrested. Pepper spray only hurts for a bit. The only thing the officer did wrong was not follow through and finish getting them to move. |

@Lillim I wouldn't bother trying to 'talk' with people such as 'lytle_lytle', if they cannot give a reason for their over the top comments then they're no better than a troll. :P Some people just find comfort in denying there's bad people who do bad things while working as a police officer like this and so they reason that these women must have had it coming. In short, their view point is they just don't care. |
