Sorry mate, but if you research the origins of the two religions, they all trace back to Abraham's attempted sacrifice of his son to God. They are the same God. Modern "differentiations" do not change the fact that they share the exact same root God. |

Yes, but that only makes the differences seem worse. There's a very long history of religious conflict between similar religions being worse than that between more different religions.
You can find a very great many examples of extremely bitter conflict between different sects of the same religion, let alone between closely related religions. The most obvious example would be the intra-Christian conflict between Catholics and Protestants in Europe, Britain and Ireland for centuries, which caused murders, torture, brutally oppressive regimes, violent coups d'etat, civil wars and international wars. |

Also, these "christians" were protesting sharia law at the White House. This Muslim guy came here to pray on purpose, neither side was right. I bet you won't post the video of Christians protecting praying muslims in cairo back aroun Feb of this year, though. |
