Spielberg annoys the f@ck outta me...
On one hand he's capable of producing a masterpiece like Schindler's List, but on the other he keeps on pandering to the under-educated, over-emotional mass-market with movies like ET and now TinTin?!?
Yes I know, they make money... But he's capable of so much more...

My grandma got us the entire set one at a time and I learned how to read looking at TinTin. And Calvin and Hobbes. |

I grew up reading Tintin. I have the Canadian series on DVD and watch them with my kids.
I think this will be good, but I hope they didn't mess with the stories too much. |

Looks quite crappy. I also doubt sincerely that a character like Tintin will work at all on screen, or even today for that matter.
After the Smurfs, the second Belgian comic turned into a movie this year, it's no wonder the comic business has turned to crap lately. And these movies aren't helping much. |

Wow I used to love that show. If Tintin doesn't get knocked out via blackjack or chloroform at some point in the movie I am going to be very disappointed. |
