So, do you report every adult you see smoking cigarettes around kids? In their own homes?
That's the real problem - there is a specific irrational prejudice involved. What about reporting parents who feed their kids pizza at all, given how damn dangerous obesity is?
The driver was not concerned about the kid, he was concerned that someone was doing something he didn't approve of, and used the kid as an excuse. |

First of all, let me start off by saying that Weed should be legal. I personally love the stuff. Now, with that said, the driver did the right thing. NOBODY should be smoking weed (Medically Prescribed or not)in a place where a 9 year old is able to breathe it in. Just like cigarette smoke, pot smoke effects the lungs of everyone around you and will also cause a "contact high". Like everything else in the world, the reason it's illegal is because irresponsible douchebags like this guy can't make an adult decisions to smoke pot only when it is responsible to do so and not endanger the people around him with his stupidity. It's the same thing with people who can have a few drinks at a party and idiots who drink and drive with their kids in the car. GROW UP and be responsible. |

This is stupid. It is in no way papa johns fault. They are just a company that makes and delivers pizza. If you are angry, sue the delivery guy for telling on you, but you can't do that so suck it up and don't be a dumbass. Papa johns makes great pizza, the world would be worse off without them. FACT. |

The 'Legal Analyst' seems to have as much legal acumen as the dregs of legal aid. If the delivery guy had called federal authorities and reported the alleged crime, I could see no course for litigation. But he didn't, he called the LOCAL police, which are subject to city, county and state laws.
Secondly, while delivery guy may have acted outside his job description, he is still a representative of the of the company.

lmao.. we invite the pizza guy in for doobies and drinks when we order pizza.. they usually don't partake in the doobage but almost always sits down and has beer lol.. but i come from a land where the beer flows like water and the buds grow like weeds |

They went away AFTER they busted in and searched his property without a warrant, based on a call from a disgruntled teenage pizza delivery boy who could have been pissed because he didn't get a tip, for all these cops know. |

Gang wars don't happen because of drugs, gang wars happen because of gangs, who would be there fighting over something even if we eradicated every "drug" off the face of this planet.
If the legal adult is not pushing his activity on the minor, why does it matter what he's doing? He could be drinking beer, smoking weed, or doing lines. He's an adult. He knows the risks, he's decided to take the chance. So what? Who cares? You, apparently, and far too much. |
