Friday, September 30, 2011 10:38:48 PM Holy poo! How are these parents not a friggin' wreck! Especially talking about the death and basically sh!itting on the grave of their kid! If my Daughter went away in this capacity (PLEASE FORBID THIS)... I probably couldn't speak for months! And they are talking about it like it was a petty fight or something. YOUR CHILD DIED! That's literally ranked #2 on the worst poo that can happen to you! Either these folks are robots or sociopaths. Even the Ramsey's faked some crying. |

Friday, September 30, 2011 12:26:40 PM Heureux, you're a moron. I say that because I'm an atheist and I am your superior. |

Friday, September 30, 2011 11:57:30 AM "And I'm sure somewhere there's an Atheist who is randomly homophobic" There are lots of them - they use junk science to defend their prejudice, like 'if everyone was gay humanity would die out in one generation'. And then there are the atheists who pretend to support gays and lesbians, but insist that anti-gay interpretations of the Bible are absolutely correct, so they can b*tch about Christians. Atheism is a prejudice, it is just another way for one group of people to claim that everyone else is inferior. |

Friday, September 30, 2011 11:53:54 AM with any luck, these bigots will brag about it on facebook, and then never get a job outside of fast food the rest of their lives. |

Friday, September 30, 2011 2:32:02 AM @Rick_S, "My kids are zoned to go to the same high school as this kid. I want the world to know that the kids that did this (bullying after death) are in the minority. The vast majority of people are very much against the hate spewed towards this poor boy." I hear ya, I'm from Texas, everyone not from the bible belt tends to think we are all rabid Christian maniacs frothing at the mouth. There are stupid people everywhere and decent ones too. |

Friday, September 30, 2011 2:28:02 AM At least it shows that this small minded religious bigotry isn't confined to the South. It's a nation wide problem, luckily our country seems to be slowly coming to it's senses. |

Thursday, September 29, 2011 8:40:27 PM Sometimes I really miss the old days, when you could just take a couple of punks like this and whip the crap out of them after school, and you never had to worry about them being idiots again. |

Thursday, September 29, 2011 8:05:52 PM I get that bullies feel uninhibited behind an anonymous computer screen or text message, but what kind of person can chant "we're glad you're dead" at a school dance after this? That's just soulless & cruel. We as a species are devolving. |

Thursday, September 29, 2011 5:45:21 PM @Gerry : I mostly added the Atheist part so religious people didn't think I was picking on them... And I'm sure somewhere there's an Atheist who is randomly homophobic...there has to be...humans suck like that. |

@ Batmanners I don't know of a single athiest who has a problem with gays. Plenty of faithful-folk I know do, but not one athiest.

Thursday, September 29, 2011 4:58:29 PM I try to think that no one is truly bad, just misguided. But when I hear crap like this, I really have to wonder. |

Thursday, September 29, 2011 4:34:05 PM "@ Batmanners: How are atheists ignorant? " "Yeah, the athiest comment you made, batmanners, makes no sense. Athiests have no qualms with gay people." I meant the Atheists who are who are ignorant (homophobic) would probably not love them as much as anyone else. I wrote that in a way that it didn't make it seem like I meant all Atheists were ignorant, but of course if you read it differently, it does come off the wrong way. I had initially written "the intolerant religious" and "the ignorant Atheists", but that DID make it sound like I was generalizing them. Again, I was only referring to The people that are both: 1. Religious or Atheist, and; 2. intolerant or ignorant Not a generalization, just the specific individuals that are Atheist AND ignorant, or religious AND intolerant. |

Thursday, September 29, 2011 2:23:18 PM @Batmanners I know what you mean but it's very feasible that the video in a sense back-fired making him a target. I remembered a campaign at a local school where kids would don wristbands as a stand against bullying. Ironically it made them more likely to get bullied. |
