Spaceballs made me laugh, but there were some lovely obscure ones in there for people in the know as well.

All I can think of is going to this on acid would be one of the craziest things that will ever happen to you.

Some people love the land of make believe.
I'm going next year but can't decide if I'll be the Michelin Man or
the Stay Puff Marsh Mellow Man.

I about died when I saw Leon. One of my top five favorite movies. Jean-Baptiste Emanuel Zorg was uncanny. A Landstrider but no Kira or Jen? Nice Spaceballs showing and OMG! Big Trouble in Little China cosplay?! My mind is blown. DragonCon looks freaking awesome.

I've been going to Dragon Con for 10 years, It's always this good and more, but the VERY sad thing, it's nearly impossible to fit ALL of Dragon Con into one video (That's Why he has to cut every couple seconds, there's 40,000 people at DC) Can't wait for the longer version....I'll be in that one >.>

If you want to see some of the best in costuming, have fun and party, go to Dragon Con

That actually was a great compilation, I especially loved Leon @2:10. For once, it wasn't a zillion of "Slave Leias"

That was (so far) the biggest and best compilation of the absolute best costumes I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. Everyone that was there seems to need one hell of a cheer for their effort.

I wonder what future anthropologists will get wrong about this.

"And here we see the participants in ritual dresses, more or less mimicking the garb of their respective deities. The closer the vestments are to the ideal, the more honor is awarded to their particular god."

I love going to DragonCon, but this year i had to work for a vender. Not as many people who dressed up went to look at things to buy, but i did recognize a few of them. Last year, i took literally 500+ pictures.
Love the view from the top floors looking down over everything. Hate to lose a camera taking that picture.

Can't waif for next year. Taking a camera next time whether im working or not.

I really don't care for this kinda thing but some of those were pretty good and very creative. Alot better then that comic-con crap.

I wanna go to DragonCon... But no, I'm stuck in Ohio... F*ck Ohio...

The Mass Effect costumes were absolutely gorgeous, especially the Garrus. I would KILL to be that talented.

I'm pretty sure the Daft Punk Thomas Bangalter at 0:50 is the one made by Volpin Props. It's possible someone else made one, but I know he was planning to have one finished by DragonCon, and it definitely looks the same. Even the jacket.

then at 1:14 the Guy Manuel makes an appearance. I don't think that's the Volpin Props one, though. Could be the lighting, but it looked too dark.

I lol'ed HARD at the screaming R2-D2.

Random Canti from FLCL. Love that.

Edward Scissorhands. Awesome.

Plasma Sword... Awesome, but I don't remember getting to use one in ODST, and he was definitely an ODST not a Spartan.

Sorry, stream of consciousness results in long posts. But that was awesome, can't wait for the long version.

Yeah cutting through images it was like a neurotic slideshow. But the costumes were cool.

My mother has gone for the past 10 years, and I'm finally going to be able to go next year!!!! I'm not gonna get a fancy costume, just gonna go as anonymous. But these costumes were effing great!!!

is it sad that I could name over 90% of them? =3
