I'll give the guy credit, he might not have had the same level of passion as Mercury (But who would do a Queen song with more passion than the guy who wrote the song)? I think he sounded damned good. I like Paul Rogers as a singer but I'd rather see this guy working with Queen and let Paul stick with Bad Company. |

Come on everybody, he sang it perfectly. What would you have him do to add soul or feeling? I think what you want is for him to make it look hard (grunting/straining) instead of seemingly effortless (which is why some people thinks he's lip-synching). |

Although the quality of his voice is amazing, he doesn't sound like Freddy Mercury did. I think it's like Batmanners said, 'the voice faked feeling'. |

The voice faked feeling, he sang it 95% like Freddie did, if you have your heart into it, your face makes funny faces and you have your own take on it, as opposed to a stone face (actually looked like he was reading the lyrics on his computer. |

He's a very good singer in terms of replicating Freddie, but because he's trying to replicate the recorded version as closely as possible, there's no passion or atmosphere. If he sung some other songs 'as Freddie' it could work well. |

If that actually was his voice, then that was friggin' great. I do agree a little more feeling would really have me sold, but hell, He seemed to do that effortlessly.Bravo. |

As others have said, he's got the voice (assuming it's not lip syncing), but he has none of the personality of the Great Freddy M! |
