Just look at how fat the tea partier is... could easily be hiding explosives under his shirt. It's no wonder everyone mistake the guy for a terrorist.

diylobotomy: You agreed with Joe Biden that the Tea Party is "Extremist". Extremists are by definition mean, in fact extremists would be worse than just mean.

diylobotomy & madest: And you two have the gall to call Tea Party members mean, both of you are not only mean but nasty, perfect examples of democrat/Daily KOS/HuffPo trolls.

@madest: you like attacking disabled people for collecting on the insurance they paid for themselves?

You're out of line mister. STFU and GTFO.

madest-" There's no more pre-existing condition denials"

In this, like most else, you are incorrect.

The 'Pre-existing Condition' portion of Obamacare, for anyone over the age of 19, will not go into effect until 2014. Only those below the age of 19 can not be denied access to their parent's health plan based on a pre-existing condition.

It'd be nice (and a pleasent change) if you actually knew of which you speak.

madest-"hypocrite"

Ignorant.

diylobotomy: Biden did not just call the Tea Party members "Extremists" he called them "Terrorists" which is beyond the pale. If you really believe that, then you're just as bad as him.

madest: Why not do the right thing and voluntarily get off medicaid? Insurance companies have to accept you now.

That's not a viable option and would not be any better than what I have now. Also, No republican plan I've seen would toss existing medicare patients off medicare, so you've built a straw man there.

CrakrJak, I agree with you, but not in this situation. They're just pissed because Biden called them "extremists" which they are. Complaining to Obama isnt going to do anything. Its like watching drating children bickering.

diylobotomy: The president, and I don't mean just Obama, lives in a bubble. Presidential 'handlers' carefully plan and arrange where he goes, who he sees, and what he does. That's the way it has been since JFK died because the secret service is pledged to protect him at all times.

Obama, and every other president, does need to hear what the people think and that includes dissenting opinions outside the press pool.

Unfortunately, The people with the best access and most influence, in politics, are also those with the most money. So please don't come here complaining about some average people that got to ask Obama a few questions, it's a rare enough occasion as it is.

madest: I had insurance, when I was working, and paid into the system. That doesn't mean my political beliefs should change just because my circumstances have. I don't complain about Social Security benefits, mine or otherwise.

What I am complaining about is the ransacking of that system to benefit the greedy bankers that contributed to Obama's presidential campaign. The same greedy bankers that took enormous commissions on insanely risky loans, bundled them up, and sold them like stocks on the market to make even more money. After that Obama paid back his insurance buddies by demanding in Obamacare that everyone buy insurance, even if they and their employers can't afford it. Btw, that last part was found unconstitutional recently, Here.

diylobotomy: The 1st amendment gives us the right to 'argue with the president'. The president is not a king, presidents have taken criticism from the very beginning with our 1st president George Washington.

If Obama can't handle a little constructive criticism then he shouldn't be president at all.

madest: It's Obama's massive spending that has got us into this, the unfunded liability of Obamacare, the wasteful way the TARP funds were handed out, and the stimulus package that didn't stimulate a damn thing except a thrill up Chris Matthew's leg.

Your on the verge of being forced to take care of yourself for a change.

I've been working since age 12, started out mowing lawns, became disabled 4 years ago, would rather be able to work but the doctors say I can't. I put in my time, paid into my social security and don't feel guilty about taking the small amount that's given.

Obama threatened to not pay Social Security or Veterans their benefits just last month which just how little he really cares for the downtrodden. Wake up madest, your taxes have went to enrich criminal bankers and Obama's cronies, not me.

Madest: You can complain about Obama all you want. He hasn't taken us to war based upon lies

Obama has said that our military action in Libya isn't a 'war' so he doesn't need congressional approval. That's one of the biggest whopping lies I've heard since "I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Ms. Lewinsky."

That's right @randomnxp: With the Obama stimulus: 10% unemployed. Without it? 8%
THEREFOR Obama saved 2% unemployment! Democrat math!

@HeadiesRush: No, actually, it has NOT been Republican filibustering that caused anything! Since the Democrats had a filibuster-proof House and Senate until the mid-term election. The Republicans have filibustered exactly ZERO bills.

Oh and those busses the Secret Service bought?

The stimulus did not create those jobs. The stimulus prevented more jobs from being created.

Note that when more people come into the work force the economy expands due to that increase, so unemployment should not increase as a percentage. So when Obama said that without a stimulus unemployment might hit 9% he was not being unrealistic.

Of course if we take Obama's word for likely unemployment, the stimulus appears to have destroyed a large number of jobs. That, too, is realistic.

See, no unnecessary criticism of Obama. I take his word. I just remember it better than his groupies do.

They interrupted the President because he was not answering them. He was changing the subject. They managed to pull him back, and he simply lied. He straight said something that was not true, according to three Democrat politicians who witnessed the event they are discussing.

Obama's listening tour: he talks, you listen.

HeadiesRush

Since what you quote is entirely true, I hope she does believe it!

Face it, Obama is nothing like any characterisation of him from either his party or from the news media during his election campaign. Specifically in this instance he is utterly partisan. Remember "I won"? Remember his promise to put everything on C-SPAN? Remember him threatening opponents with IRS audits? Remember his appointment of communists without congressional oversight? Remember his Justice Department's dropping of charges against his violent supporters, their racist policy in application of voting law and their refusal to enforce other voting laws, where that refusal helps Democrats vote multiple times and hinders primarily republican voting military?

Obama is a crooked partisan. He has never been conciliatory.

She says, "I think that president Obama and his team also were the first ones to make things so political, from the very beginning. Even after they won, they made everything about partisanship."

Does she actually believe that poo spewing from her mouth?

Has it not been the Republicans filibustering every god forsaken bill that congress has tried to pass since Obama got elected?

Either she's talking complete nonsense or I need to see a doctor.
