Thursday, August 18, 2011 4:36:59 PM I really could have used a set of these during my Architectural Drafting days. Now, everyone uses CAD, so no point, but...*sighs nostalgically* |

Saturday, August 13, 2011 9:52:18 PM What about just rotating the regular pencil in your hand? |

Saturday, August 13, 2011 8:12:29 PM People are seriously still using these? Cheap, erasable, fast... the mother of inventions. Pencils will stick around until they become totally obsolete, which will take years yet. |

Saturday, August 13, 2011 4:18:36 PM still using... what? They barely even sell regular pencils anymore except for to kids, artists, and as "whoa check this out" appeal. What are you on? Wtf do you use? Laptops can't write down formulas easily, pen ink doesnt erase. Wtf kind of question is that? Are you high? An iPad user? No one takes notes on those things in college. Some people bring them, and think they're going to, but they dont. They use them for games/surfing/dicking around. |

Saturday, August 13, 2011 3:49:26 PM I like it but I gotta say it doesn't look like it would be comfortable to hold. The layered squared off endings at the tip would become annoying me thinks. Mine is plastic and made by Pentel. It doesn't have that cool lead rotate-y thing but it's comfortable to hold. |

Saturday, August 13, 2011 9:50:01 AM I just found it online for less than $5. I kinda don't want to spend money on shipping for a pencil though. Also, to the people who just manually turn their pencils, what do you do if the lead just keeps flipping back to the flat side? Mine always does that and I have to break the lead to fix it :( |

Saturday, August 13, 2011 5:03:06 AM If you have to use pencil then mechanical pencils >> normal pencils. This seems like it'd be expensive, but I do like to use pencil sometimes, especially for equations. |

Saturday, August 13, 2011 4:37:36 AM I used to rotate my pencils manually to achieve the same effect when it wore down. |

Saturday, August 13, 2011 4:15:29 AM The pencil lead won't actually wear down that fast, so long pencil strokes would be fine. Simpletons. |

Saturday, August 13, 2011 3:44:10 AM wow. I want one! But, like whapitoot says, what happens if you need to make a really long pencil stroke? hmm... still interesting though. |

Friday, August 12, 2011 8:45:18 PM Uhh, well what else are people supposed to use... pencils? I need to get this though, hopefully it gets rid of having to find that perfectly sharp edge on the lead all the time -__- |

Friday, August 12, 2011 8:45:04 PM What the hell, subtitle? A mechanical pencil is a must have. I have 3 that are awesome that I stole from work and have had for over 10 years. They got me through my undergraduate studies, and now I'm using them in grad school. |
