Wow. Never have or will ever play Minecraft, and computers are just a tool to me. But that, and the explanation, was awesome. I'm actually quite proud of myself for following him... now for part two. |

0_0 oh my. That is quite impressive. All of my redstone stuff eventually breaks down for some reason, I've always seen it as somewhat bugged.
So I'm in it more for the architecture rather than the redstone.
Anyway, lots of haters here.

Actually the same group that created this keyboard has also created a working Tic Tac To game and a working Minesweeper game. So its not that far off.

@smilinsam because in the 80's computers were generally crap...so game developers had to concentrate more on great gameplay rather than fancy bits of motion capture etc. most games these days are nothing more than the same gameplay of the early computer days but more levels and better graphics.
Minecraft kinda harks back to that... the developer has concentrated on making it play great rather than look just look good. |

The creator of that is a very bright and meticulous person.
Don't care who knows it I love minecraft.
@SmilinSam it's an open ended program that uses logic in which you need to survive. Notice I said program b/c it isn't a game, there are no real objectives other than the fact that you need to stay alive to play (otherwise you drop all your stuff and it's just a pain in the butt). It looks like junk but it's appeal, at least to me, is the ability to build at will anything you please. |
