I'm the one who shooted the video.
It was shooted with a cellphone.
It's not fake and has nothing to do with frame rate.
The guy was wearing sorta Crocs clogs and the stairs were made of marble.

I only watched it once just to prove you wrong.
That and I do this all the time on stairs.
Makes sure you ha something that slides well on, keep the center of your foot on the corner of the stair, lean forward and raise your heel up to slide...balance too. |
