This is a common scene throughout the Samoan culture. I am Samoan and was raised in an abusive household. This disgusts me to no end and makes me want to murder this beastly woman. It absolutely enrages me to see this and I hope she is justly dealt with. |

"Beating sense" into kids usually only serves to make them more emotionally disturbed and more likely to resort to violent behavior later in life. |

If I'm not mistaken at the beginning of the video it is mentioned that the trust is in south Auckland and where she served the prison sentence was Mount Eden, both of which are over here in New Zealand =/. This must be really old as I haven't heard any of this before. |

I'n not condoning what she did, but most of these boys are juvenile criminals, sent to the camp for armed robbery and such. So they are not exactly helpless young boys. (she got charged for assault shortly after this went to air) |

Wow. Jugging by the quality, this video must be from decades ago. From my own experience, adults today wouldn't dare look at a teen funny for fear of being charged, let alone using physical violence to solve a problem. Where I grew up, kids would threaten to tell others that their parents were depriving them if they didn't buy them the latest clothes/electronics/cars. Things sure have changed. |

Hey Gparadox umm my brother stole and dealt drugs his entire life, my mom beat the hell out of him for it constantly. Didn't work. We lived in violent surroundings that's what caused him to be violent. |

I didn't care too much until I saw how badly the other boys beat him up.
She did hit hard, and actually gave him a pretty UFC'ed up eye, but those other boys were brutal.
And I agree that the music was both terrible and way too loud. I didn't even realize she spoke english until she yelled "Who dew yew think yew aww?" |
