vv idk @crackr, the woman in blue (was she white?) sprayed something on the black woman, seems kinda like SHE should face arrest.
No one tried to stop it because they weren't really doing much. Pulling hair, pushing, no weapons (except the Mace) were involved. If one was on the ground and the other still attacking, I think (hope) someone would step in to stop it.
