Tried Hot sake for the first time couple weeks ago. I would compare it too drinking it with Hot Rubbing alcohol, just not as strong. It wasn't good at all |

They call her an expert on rice-based wine, which suggests that me, a non-expert, ought to trust her advice - on the taste of such wines, yet she hasn't tasted any?
Barring that... the whole wine tasting profession is subjective BS.
