Got some real stupid people on this website, how have you not run into at least a picture of a basking shark in 20+ years? It is too a basking shark, they're huge. Google it. |

I saw a dude planking in the middle of a gas station parking lot downtown late last night. Except he had his arms out, and it looked like he was shouting at passersby. Come to think of it, I think he was just high on drugs. |

According to the article, it was caught in a net, hence the strange position in the picture (it's upside down). But it IS a basking shark not a whale and was (according to google translator) let go once it was untangled! |

Basking Sharks are filter feeders, they don't eat meat. So much for ballsiest. If it were a shark that eats meat and things that bleed, I would be more impressed. |

apbadogs, you couldn't be more right! Planking is just proof that the younger generation is getting drating stupider and stupider, so that now instead of actually having to accomplish something to gain recognition, all the have to do is lay face down on something.
