If you stare at the + the faces will become distorted, to some maybe even grotesque, when in reality they're all pretty normal when viewing one by one.

I'm guessing it has something to do with your left eye seeing one type of face and your right eye seeing another, and your brain sort of mixing it up because of the short time the faces are visible, it doesn't have time to process everything properly. |

WTF is this? They're all as ugly as they looked while staring at the cross. Massive eyes and poo. I was expecting them to be pretty or something when I played it back. Apparently they do mostly look that bad. |

I would bet it has something to do with the blind spots in everyones eyes blotting out bits of each face and the brain compensating by filling the missing part with the same part from the other face. Interesting though. |

This confused the hell out of me at first because I thought the two faces at the beginning were just going to gradually become ugly. And then when they started changing, I'm like, "FAKE! That's not even the same person!"
...and then I realized that staring at the cross made it work right, lol. |

@Scfan and anyone else that deoesn't get it: Make sure you're only looking at the cross in the center. The women will appear to be hideous and grossly distorted. Then watch it again...pause if you have to ..and look at the women....you'll see that they're actually normal. |
