The first genuine computerisation ie CG in any of these were the Sylv McCoy ones (1991 ish?), prior to that is was pretty much all done as optical effects and video editing techniques. |

It is without question the best show ever produced by the BBC. Or any TV station for that matter. I cant think of any other series with as strong a following for so long. |

while i love doctor who, it took me a long time to start liking the title sequence, but this definitely helped out. But i couldn't tell much difference between the arrangements though. |

so buy watching this we can conclude-
-in the early 2000's, everything had to become overly computerized with fast-paced intros
-everyone wanted their name in the intro to make the intro's annoyingly long
