Sunday, June 26, 2011 11:13:26 PM Back when I spent summers on the farm, one young neighbor would usually came by in his pickup on Saturdays to talk farm stuff. The dogs would quickly check out his front tires, where a sort of dog pee spin-art recorded the anointment by various animals from the morning's travels, then add their own signature. We kids used to joke that it was a sort of canine jungle telegraph: ">sniff< >sniff< Daisy! Haven't seen her in ages... seems to be doing okay..." |

Sunday, June 26, 2011 9:45:19 PM I walked my grandparents dog, and he'd pee on everything. He'd even try when he was out. Lifting his leg up, and nothing coming out. I laughed at it every time. |

Sunday, June 26, 2011 9:20:12 PM @ krisley That one log is kinda like a canine bulletin board. By sniffing another dog's wee, it can tell it's gender, age, even mood. Sounds crazy, but it's true. The reason they mess up your house is either A) they're marking the house as theirs, or B) they claim YOU as their pack mate, and are sending a warning via piss mail that if other dogs muck with you, they're gonna get a whuppin'. |

Sunday, June 26, 2011 9:05:24 PM I think my dogs have some sort of mental deficiency. When they are outside, they will only pee on one log we have in our backyard. If we ever let them inside (for a blizzard, storm, etc.) they immediately pee on anything and everything. |

Sunday, June 26, 2011 8:23:56 PM My dog, instead of peeing on everything, wants to attack all other dogs it sees. He doesn't understand boundaries. |
