Monday, July 11, 2011 1:09:16 PM I think it'd be okay if they weren't talking back and forth from the clean to the dirty. That makes it a little pedo-tastic to me. |

Thursday, June 30, 2011 7:02:24 AM imo not very creepy, it does its job rather well and its not exactly creepy, yes they made a joke and aparently the joke wasnt good enough and would have required a *wink wink* smileyface so that we could all just respond "lol" be done with it. I dont take offence in a normal teacher+innocent kid (normal being how it shold be) and a 'creepy' (cna you blame him) guy and a slut. shes doing it too so let her. |

Sunday, June 26, 2011 6:48:36 PM XBX214, Its adult rated in the teachers mind, he is still responding to the cartoonish version in an adult manner. Seeing as the cartoonish part is shown first, I would assume it is the reality. So its ok to think of or speak to an underage girl if you think of them as 18 or over? lol |

Sunday, June 26, 2011 5:21:45 PM I get the whole different-temperatures angle, but couldn't they have done this with something else... like penguins and toucans or something? I mean, Kia had to have known that people would misinterperate or be offended by this... |

Sunday, June 26, 2011 10:12:25 AM People...for christ sakes notice one side is adult rated, the other is a cartoon drawn in a childish manner to show it's innocent. The girl on the right side is obviously 18. You take this pedo poo too far... |

Sunday, June 26, 2011 6:31:04 AM McMathewL So then i can rape a kid say it wasn't intended to be paedophillic (because obviously it wasn't intended to be paedophillic)and so its not. |

Sunday, June 26, 2011 6:05:36 AM It wasn't intended as paedophilic, therefore it is not paedophilic. |

Sunday, June 26, 2011 5:25:07 AM Eh... I thought of it this way and it wasn't so pedo-y: It's cool/cold on the left BECAUSE the girl is in grade school. It's warm/hot on the right BECAUSE the girl is an 18 year old senior in high school, and the teacher doesn't feel like a creep because, hey, 18. It's still weird and illegal, just with less statutory rape. |

Sunday, June 26, 2011 4:56:47 AM I'm trying as hard as I can to convince myself that maybe I'm just interpreting the ad wrong. But I don't think it's working. |

Sunday, June 26, 2011 1:29:13 AM Umm - yeah. Usually I'm not a prude about these things, but I can't imagine the 'temperature' being raised for any more salubrious interests. |

Saturday, June 25, 2011 8:00:48 PM As horribly stupid and disturbing as this is, the worst part is this somehow is promoting a goddamn Kia. |

Saturday, June 25, 2011 5:40:27 PM Mindle: I have no idea what the Men in black defense is. When Will Smith's character shoots the little girl target in the alien shooting range, pointing out that she's carrying books that are way too advanced for her age so therefore she must be up to no good. That's why little Tiffany had to die. lol |

Saturday, June 25, 2011 3:32:06 PM I interpreted the different panels as being different people, not different perceptions of the same person, but it works with the left panel as reality and the right panel as the girl's wishful thinking that she'd like to be older than she actually is and seduce the teacher. Regardless of whether the panels are two different scenarios with different people or any combination of one real and one fantasy from the point of view of either of them, it's impossible for the ad to be promoting paedophilia. The sexual content is only on the side with two adults. The side with the child is completely asexual. It really should be obvious that's the *opposite* of paedophilia. Too many people nowadays are obsessed with sex and children to such an extent that they can't think at all, not even to see the stunningly obvious. It's rather disturbing. |
