You order them from suitmakers. Some of the better ones have up towards 2 years of queue.
As for seeing out- it depends on the suit, but most of them are made like proffessional mascots. The eyes consists of a tight mesh, so you can see out, it's just sorta like wearing sunglasses (although your vision is reduced to a rather narrow angle).
As for th question on mostly canine- for some reason, most suiters seem to be canine, whereas a large portion of the non-suiters, who shy out of the bigger gatherings are feline. And then you have the rest of the species (best suit I ever saw was an armadillo!) |

I don't really understand why you would want to spend all day in a furry suit and how do they see out of those?
Some of the costumes were very well made though creepy. |

All of the hate is based on inaccurate generalizations, assumptions, and simple distaste or disinterest taken out of proportion.
People should learn that hate doesn't make things go away. It just makes life pootier for people.
I just wish people would think before they make hateful assumptions and comments about groups of people they perceive as weird. |
