Angelmassb: Yup that's one of planes I mentioned that hit the fence with it's landing gear, you can hear the fence rattle after it hits. |

St. Maarten airport, I've seen video of jetliners landing gear clipping the top of that fence. |

That part of the runway is called the displaced threshold and it is not meant to be landed on. It is not reinforced like the rest of the runway. |
