Im mexican and i dont find this racist at all, the song is "mariachi loco" mariachis play it all the time, the cat is a taco and no one can deny us mexicans love tacos so its not racist its just... cliche, try to imagine irish nyan cat without the color green, clovers or beer... |

The cat is a TACO not a poptart in this one so I am guessing thats the taco reference.
