The whole thing ends when Butch and Marcellus Wallace are captured by Z and Marcellus anally raped, and Butch saves the day, goes back to his French girlfriend and they live hapily ever after.
That is what I can logically piece together from the snippets of the movie. I wish there was a DVD/Blu-Ray extra to watch the entire movie in chronological order, but I think that would take away the fun of figuring out WTF is going on. |

It's just an interesting series of interlocking events. Marcellus wants his briefcase, so he gets Vincent Vega and Samuel L. Jackson to go get it from these teenagers, they take one hastage, blow his head off in the car, get everything cleaned with help from The Wolf, then they go to lunch at a restaurant where two losers try to rob the place. Samuel L. Jackson saves the day through the redemption he is seeking. Then Vincent Vega heads to Marcellus to return his briefcase, which is right after Marcellus tells Butch to fall in the third round of his boxing match. Vincent takes Marcellus' wife out on a date, after which, she OD's by snorting heroin. She survives, and the night ends there. That night, Butch also kills the guy he was supposed to lose to. The next day, Vincent Vega gets killed waiting for Butch at his apartment. |

@dragosal QT is the greatest wordsmith of our times, at least in movies anyway. Every single one of his movies has dialogue that is completely believable simple and yet effortlessly cool. Take the most recent QT film I've seen, Kill Bill Vol. 2. The scene towards the end, when Uma Thurman is in Bill's house and he's shot her with the truth serum. While he's waiting for it to take effect he has a monologue about Superman. It's a brilliant monologue and ties in perfectly with the film, like QT was writing an essay about the film before it'd come out.
