This was lots of fun!
Steve Martin is a very funny guy, his SNL appearences weren't funny because he was stoned out of his tree.
He's moved from bawdy, toilet humour to more subtle, fun things.
And he's always been a terrific musician! |

Vaguely, I never thought he was all that funny. Even on SNL it was the others who carried his funny skits. |

Not sure everyone knows this (I didn't until I googled it), but that really *is* Steve Martin playing lead banjo on that recording. He's played since his teens and takes it very seriously. |

This is a case of the whole being less than the sum of its parts. Music was ok, animation was cute, story was somewhat clever. All together though, I am disappoint. |
