yes, the entire frame of the goal is considered in play as the frame sits completely inside the end line and for a ball to be out of bounds, more than 1/2 the ball has to be beyond the line. |

While dude21862004 is obviously and completely wrong, is *all* of the goal frame in play? Off the top of my head, I don't recall where it's positioned. Is any of it behind the line? |

Dude, you might want to learn the rules before you go off spouting that. Goal post is in play, as long as it doesn't hit the net it's all in bounds. |
