Tuesday, June 07, 2011 4:10:40 AM @spider_sol Bear in mind the driver is prepared for the changes in direction and speed (he is controlling the car) and so his body naturally braces against it. |

Tuesday, June 07, 2011 1:26:58 AM I think Jaguar might want to invest in some slightly tighter seatbelts! Also, it's not that hard to stay in your seat on a track. Maybe he didn't know to hold on or brace himself, or maybe the driver was just throwing it around a bit (the steering certainly looked aggressive), but I was fine in the passenger seat of a Lamborghini Murcielago during a gift experience. Both are sporty, but neither cars are particularly track-friendly (Jag's a soft GT really, and the Lambo's too big and felt very heavy to drive when we swapped seats), so I don't think the Jag is any harder to sit still(-ish) in. |

Monday, June 06, 2011 8:36:36 PM Hmm, so a body in motion tends to stay in motion unless acted upon by an outside force? That's interesting. Driver has a fairly rigid body to hold on to (steering wheel) to keep himself upright while the passenger has to do his best with pretty much nothing. |

Monday, June 06, 2011 7:50:00 PM Video is even funnier when you watch it again looking at the blank, indifferent expression on the driver's face the whole time. |
