Monday, June 06, 2011 11:08:18 PM Love this, but I think it's funny when the lawyer catches himself at 1:25 where he almost calls the foreclosure on his clients a mistake. Classic lawyer can't say the wrong thing, regardless good for this guy!! |

Sunday, June 05, 2011 12:10:06 PM Good for hime. However, I've noticed that most of the time banks screw with you up until just before you have the option to do this, and then give you your money. Bunch of non-nice individuals. |

Sunday, June 05, 2011 7:06:10 AM Yeah I've had my bad luck with BoA. Got lied to and told if I got direct deposit from the place I worked I could get no fees on a checking account. What they failed to tell me was the managers got DD, NOT a single employee, because the place I worked for refused to do DD for anyone else. Then I had them close the account. Well they somehow left $5 in my savings and a few weeks later I get a letter in the mail telling me I have an overdraft with the monthly fee. On an account that I closed. They say they'll send the remaining balanced that got left in there, then sent me a check for $2.50. Bunch of asshats. |

Sunday, June 05, 2011 3:49:03 AM BoA tried to screw me hard out of some money by means of lying to me about terms and conditions. they paid their own bill, but still this is very sweet to watch. FY, BoA |

Saturday, June 04, 2011 11:15:02 PM Found the news article on this: Link Apparently, the couple bought a foreclosed home owned by BoA, paid cash for it, but someone at the bank fudged it up and issued a foreclosure on them instead. |

Saturday, June 04, 2011 9:57:50 PM I LOLed and then cheered when I read this today. I f***ing HATE Bank of Amerika! If they were the last bank in the whole country, I would cash my checks at one of those Shylock check-casing stores and pay my bills with money orders from 7-11 before I would EVER do business with them. |

Saturday, June 04, 2011 9:06:18 PM Speaking as a previous customer of BOA I have nothing positive to say about them. Based on my experience I will never bank with them again and pity any fool that does. |

Saturday, June 04, 2011 9:05:12 PM @LandoGriffen no there isn't more to this sotry...try doing some research before you speak. this is not all that uncommon. BECAUSE, and stay with me here, mortages are ALL tied up in the secuities market and NO ONE really knows who owns what mistakes like this are often made. but hey, nice way to jump in and defend the bank an automatically assume big business has our best interest at heart! they appreciate your willingness to go along with anything they tell you is correct. |

Saturday, June 04, 2011 7:22:36 PM @LandoGriffin BOA has been doing blatenly illegal actions like this for a while, they are just stepping up the game. most of it goes unheard of because they take advantage of people who really do not know what their rights are |

Saturday, June 04, 2011 5:58:21 PM There must be more to the story than this. How could Bank of America "try to foreclose" on the couple's home when the couple didn't have a mortgage? |

Saturday, June 04, 2011 4:07:08 PM The banks are the government. Just look at how many former banker are employed for high level government jobs. Heres an example. |
