but seriously, who thought a touch screen computer was a good idea? good luck trying to type up a thesis. also, finger smudges. |

Is this a joke? It's ugly and there's no way I'm getting a touch screen interface on my next computer. If this is what the next windows OS looks like, I'm getting by brother to teach me Linux. |

It's too.. it's like too much has been done for me. Whatever, stop adding all these new API functions I have to learn. Yeah yeah I was glad secure strings happened but come on. Already had to port all my junk from IA-32 to IA-64. Didn't take much but still a hassle. This shxt's way over my head to begin with. And you wanna add more crap. More crap I have to figure out and learn and work and make and do other crap with. Damnit. |

OMG NO this better not even be remotely what the new windows is like. Last I checked they were trying to make smartphones into PCs not PCs into smartphones. This is bullpoo, I drating love the old windows layout and how it works. The media center is probably the biggest waste of effort ever, and now they are trying to make the entire PC into one.. WTF windows. |

holy poo that sucks... I want a normal desctop that doesn't look like a media center.
one more version of windows and I switching to linux for good.
but then again I can't complain, since I havent paid for any program since windows 95. |

There is a desktop, however you first boot into this horrible media center display... I'm sure there will be a way to disable this first view or may be disabled by default. however if you watch the whole video through, the "desktop" in this demo seems to be a windows 7 desktop... whatever that means.... |
