Thursday, June 02, 2011 10:18:29 PM "It's called "lip-synching" dumbasses." Not in Grand Rapids c/o Amway, where everything is slightly off, vanilla, and lame. The DeVos family founded Amway. DeVos's name is on everything in Grand Rapids. AMWAY IS A CULT. Google it. Google "Amway is a cult." NOW YOU UNDERSTAND GRAND RAPIDS. |

Thursday, June 02, 2011 11:56:20 AM It was a cool video but it doesn't make me want to visit Grand Rapids. It gives me no reason to do so. It just shows that they have a couple hundred cool people and some businesses who will drop some cash to make a video. |

Thursday, June 02, 2011 10:32:56 AM Its not Grand Rapids that has been hit hardest, it is our entire state. We have the worst economy out of all 50 states. We also have the 1st and 3rd most dangerous cities in the entire country. Really sad because honestly it's a beautiful state, but when they took the automobile industry out of here it has just gotten worse and worse. My friend just bought a 4 bedroom house for 8,000 dollars. We don't have many positive things left here. As for the video, Grand Rapids is a wonderful little city. I live in another small good city not too far, in Clio. But I really worry about how bad things are going to get before they get better. In montrose PETA has offered to donate money to help the schools if they agree to advertise on the locker doors. |

Thursday, June 02, 2011 5:36:45 AM that was very well done completely in the spirit of community ....one question though ...why wouldn't you use the original artist Don Mclean's version of the song? |

Wednesday, June 01, 2011 10:23:09 PM That was excellent. it was great to see so many people getting together to create something so beautiful and so American. On the flipside, I ain't never going to Grand Rapids. It must be boring because why else would they have so much free time on their hands? |

Wednesday, June 01, 2011 10:19:33 PM When I think of Michigan, I think of racists... ******************************* When I think of Canadians I think of weird people that can't talk right... Eh I don't think this video accurately captured the horrendous accents. PS Where can I get a t-shirt with Bill Steffen's face on it? omg *********************** Being that you know who Bill Steffen is, I'd imagine your from somewhere near Grand Rapids.. can't imagine him being to popular outside of the area. Anyway, regardless of if you like the song or not, most of you I imagine appreciate what they went through to put the video together. To have basically one long shot like they used without any edits and to cover the amount of area that did was a pretty clever and well thought out shoot. |
